Funding – Free places.

15 hours free childcare for 3 and 4-year-olds

All 3 to 4-year-olds in England can get 570 free hours per year. It’s usually taken as 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year, but you can choose to take fewer hours over more weeks, for example.

Children become eligible the term after their 3rd Birthday.

Example: –  If your child’s birthday is on 31st March, they will be entitled to start funding in the April term.  If their birthday is on 1st April they will need to wait till September.

30 hours free childcare for 3 and 4-year-olds

Some 3 to 4-year-olds are eligible for 30 hours free childcare a week. Check if you’re eligible and find out how to apply.

  We offer the full 30 hours without any additional costs if you are eligible.

Funding for two year olds

You could also get free hours childcare when your child is aged 2. You might be able to apply for: free education and childcare for 2 year olds

Parents will only be charged for any extra hours, should they are not eligible for funding. Parents will be made aware prior to starting Pre-school, if they do not qualify for the funding. Currently 95% have totally funded places.
